Choose the correct email object so mail reaches the intended people without creating unnecessary mailboxes.

Choose the right option

Create or review an address

  1. Sign in to SiteWorx and open Hosting Features > Email.
  2. Open Mailboxes, Aliases, Groups or the catch-all setting as appropriate.
  3. Confirm the address does not already exist as another object.
  4. Add the required destination or members.
  5. Save and test from an external address.
Important: Catch-all addresses attract mistyped mail and spam, consume storage and can hide configuration mistakes. Create named addresses instead wherever possible.
