Create a separate mailbox for each person or purpose that needs its own sign-in and stored messages.

Applies to: Email included with a SiteWorx hosting account

Create the mailbox

  1. Sign in to SiteWorx for the correct hosting account.
  2. Open Hosting Features > Email > Mailboxes.
  3. Select Add an Email Box or the plus button.
  4. Enter the part before the @ symbol and choose the correct hosted domain.
  5. Set a strong, unique password and record it in an approved password manager.

  7. Save the mailbox.

Confirm the mailbox

  2. Send a message to an external address and reply to it.
  3. Confirm both messages arrive and that the displayed sender address is correct.
