Trial email is restricted to reduce abuse and is not intended for production, bulk, marketing or business-critical messaging.
Applies to: Seven-day Starter Hosting Trial
Before using trial email
- Check the trial activation email and SiteWorx package for the currently enabled mailbox functions.
- Use only addresses and test recipients you control or have permission to contact.
- Do not use the trial for mailing lists, campaigns, unsolicited messages, account impersonation or high-volume sending.
- Do not rely on a trial mailbox as the only copy of important mail.
Permitted testing
- Create only the mailbox or address needed for a genuine setup test.
- Use the standard secure hosting email settings where the feature is enabled.
- Send a small number of ordinary test messages.
- Confirm replies and basic application integration.
- Export any required test data before the trial expiry or upgrade.
Why mail may be restricted
- The trial order is still awaiting manual approval.
- Outbound mail is disabled or limited on the trial package.
- Automated abuse, fraud or reputation controls were triggered.
- The trial expired, was suspended or breached the trial terms.
Important: Upgrade to a paid hosting service before using email for a live organisation, public contact address or continuing business communication.
