Reputation rejections require the exact remote response, a review of recent sending and correction of the underlying cause.

Applies to: Hosted email rejected for spam, reputation or policy reasons

Collect evidence

  1. Keep the complete bounce and identify the rejecting provider.
  2. Record the sender, recipient, message time and message ID.
  3. Check whether one mailbox or several mailboxes are affected.
  4. Review sent mail, forwarders, website forms and account logins for unexpected activity.
  5. Confirm SPF, DKIM and DMARC records are correct for the actual sending service.

Correct the cause before requesting review

  • Change compromised mailbox and application credentials.
  • Stop unsolicited or poorly permissioned bulk sending.
  • Secure vulnerable website forms and scripts.
  • Remove invalid recipients and repeated hard bounces from mailing lists.
  • Do not use third-party “delisting” services that request passwords or guarantee an outcome.

When to contact Tudor Internet

Open a ticket through the Customer Portal if the steps above do not resolve the issue or if the required option is not available for your service.
