Compare Tudor Internet Starter, Plus, Pro and Max hosting by websites, shared storage, mailboxes and burstable CloudLinux capacity.

Applies to: Shared Web Hosting and SiteWorx

Tudor Internet shared hosting uses SiteWorx for day-to-day website, email, database, DNS and file management. The Customer Portal remains the place for billing, service administration and support.

Key information

Starter1 website, 15GB NVMe storage, 10 mailboxes, up to 200% CPU and 2GB memory.
Plus5 websites, 30GB NVMe storage, 20 mailboxes, up to 250% CPU and 3GB memory.
Pro10 websites, 50GB NVMe storage, 50 mailboxes, up to 300% CPU and 4GB memory.
Max25 websites, 100GB NVMe storage, 100 mailboxes, up to 400% CPU and 6GB memory.

Before you start

  • Sign in to the Customer Portal and open the affected hosting service.
  • Have the current plan, domain and relevant SiteWorx setting available so the guidance is applied to the correct account.

How the plan works

  1. Count the primary website and every secondary website; pointer domains and subdomains have separate plan allowances.
  2. Add current website files, databases and mailboxes because all of them share the plan storage total.
  3. Review email aliases, autoresponders, groups, FTP accounts, databases, users and domain allowances on the live comparison table.
  4. Use recent CloudLinux graphs to identify whether CPU, memory, IO, IOPS or concurrent requests need more headroom.
  5. Choose a plan with capacity for updates, migration overlap, email growth and seasonal traffic rather than one already at its limit.
  6. Upgrade the existing service when growth requires it so files and configuration can remain in place where the module supports the change.

Common problems

SymptomLikely causeWhat to do
SiteWorx does not open from the service.Provisioning is pending, the service is suspended or the single-sign-on request expired.Check the service status, sign out and back in, then open a ticket with the service ID and exact error if access still fails.
The account exists but the website is not live. The domain does not point to the server, the wrong document root is in use or the site has no index file.Verify public DNS, the domain assignment and document root before changing application files.

Important notes

  • CloudLinux resources are burstable shared-hosting limits, not dedicated server resources.
  • SiteLock Website Security Lite and 360 Monitoring Lite are included with standard hosting plans.
  • Check the current product page for prices, promotional renewal terms and any revised allowances.

When to contact Tudor Internet

Open a ticket through the Customer Portal when the checks above do not resolve the issue, when an action is unavailable for your service, or when continuing could risk data loss or service interruption. Include the following so the request can be investigated efficiently:

  • The affected domain and SiteWorx account
  • The exact error text and time
  • The last change made
  • Relevant log lines with passwords and personal data removed
Do not send passwords, private keys, full payment-card details, one-time authentication codes or unredacted identity documents in an ordinary support reply.
