Website files, databases, mailboxes, logs and account-created backups share the hosting plan’s storage allowance.

Check account usage

  1. Sign in to SiteWorx for the correct account.
  2. Review the account resource or disk-usage summary on the SiteWorx home page.
  3. Open File Manager and identify large website directories, archives, logs and old deployment copies.
  4. Open Hosting Features > Email > Mailboxes and review mailbox quotas/use.
  5. Review database sizes in the MySQL/phpMyAdmin area where shown.
  6. Review the SiteWorx backup directory for manual backups stored inside the account.
  7. Check inode/file-count limits as well as gigabytes used.
