Step-by-step
- Enter the organisation’s full registered or governing-document name, not a campaign or website title.
- Choose England and Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland, exempt or excepted charity, or Other as appropriate.
- Enter the regulator registration number exactly as published when one exists.
- For exempt or excepted organisations, explain the status and provide the public or governing evidence requested.
- Provide a monitored organisation website and concise description of charitable activity.
- Ensure the applicant has authority to order services for the organisation and can respond to verification questions.
