The seven-day trial is a temporary hosting service intended for evaluation. It uses a hostname under trial.tudornet.uk and is manually reviewed before activation to reduce abuse and protect the hosting platform.

Before you start

  • Sign in to the Customer Portal using accurate customer details.
  • Do not place important or irreplaceable data on a temporary trial service.

Step-by-step

  1. Check the order status in the Customer Portal and read any ticket requesting clarification or verification.
  2. Confirm that customer name, contact details and intended website purpose are accurate.
  3. Reply in the same ticket with concise information about the site to be tested; do not open duplicate orders or tickets.
  4. Complete any proportionate verification requested through the stated secure method.
  5. Wait for an activation or decline notice before uploading content or configuring a domain.
  6. When approved, review the expiry date and restrictions before using the service.
