The service renews annually and Tudor Internet may recheck eligibility or authority when organisation details change.
Once approved, Charity Hosting is managed through the same SiteWorx platform as standard hosting. The discounted status does not remove normal security, acceptable-use, renewal or data-protection responsibilities.
Before you start
- Have the organisation's legal or commonly used name and an authorised contact available.
- Prepare the evidence requested for manual eligibility review, with unnecessary personal data redacted.
Step-by-step
- Keep the charity name, registration details, billing address and authorised contacts current in the Customer Portal.
- Review the renewal invoice and due date early enough to resolve contact or eligibility questions.
- Reply to any evidence request through the existing ticket and provide only current relevant documentation.
- Pay the annual renewal by the due date; discounted hosting does not remove normal suspension or expiry processes.
- Review storage, users, domain renewal and application updates at the same time.
- Notify Tudor Internet if the charity merges, dissolves, changes legal status or no longer meets the qualifying terms.
Confirm the result
- The Customer Portal shows the intended invoice, transaction or service status and the effective date is clear.
- No duplicate payment, renewal or cancellation request has been created while waiting for processing.
Common problems
| Symptom | Likely cause | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| The application remains under review. | Eligibility or authority evidence is incomplete or cannot be verified from the supplied information. | Reply with the specific requested evidence and avoid submitting a second application for the same organisation. |
| The organisation no longer meets the eligibility basis. | Its legal status, purpose or control changed after approval. | Tell Tudor Internet before renewal so an appropriate standard plan or documented re-review can be arranged without risking data. |
When to contact Tudor Internet
Open a ticket through the Customer Portal when the checks above do not resolve the issue, when an action is unavailable for your service, or when continuing could risk data loss or service interruption. Include the following so the request can be investigated efficiently:
- The affected domain and SiteWorx account
- The exact error text and time
- The last change made
- Relevant log lines with passwords and personal data removed
