Once approved, Charity Hosting is managed through the same SiteWorx platform as standard hosting. The discounted status does not remove normal security, acceptable-use, renewal or data-protection responsibilities.

Before you start

  • Have the organisation's legal or commonly used name and an authorised contact available.
  • Prepare the evidence requested for manual eligibility review, with unnecessary personal data redacted.

How to use this service

  1. Open an account or billing ticket promptly.
  2. Provide the effective date and intended future use.
  3. Choose an available standard service or arrange cancellation and data export.
