  • 0

An organisation can move to a larger standard or suitable community plan when its needs grow.

Applies to: Approved Charity Hosting services

Once approved, Charity Hosting is managed through the same SiteWorx platform as standard hosting. The discounted status does not remove normal security, acceptable-use, renewal or data-protection responsibilities.

Before you start

  • Sign in to the Customer Portal and open the approved hosting service.
  • Take a current backup before changing website files, databases, DNS or application configuration.

Step-by-step

  1. Review current usage and required websites, storage and mailboxes.
  2. Open a billing ticket for available upgrade paths.
  3. Confirm whether any introductory or eligibility discount changes.
  4. Schedule changes that could affect resources.

Confirm the result

  • The Customer Portal shows the intended invoice, transaction or service status and the effective date is clear.
  • No duplicate payment, renewal or cancellation request has been created while waiting for processing.
