Tudor Internet provides daily hosting backups, while SiteWorx also supports customer-created partial backups and self-restore for supported backup types.

Understand the backup types
| Backup type | Contains | Who can restore it |

| Daily platform backup | Provider-managed restore data for the hosting service. | Use the available customer self-restore interface where shown; otherwise request Support. |
| Full SiteWorx backup | Everything needed to recreate the account, including files, databases, email and account structure. | Reseller or server administrator. |
| Partial SiteWorx backup | Selected website files, databases and/or email. | The SiteWorx user when the backup is in the default backup location. |
| Structure-only backup | Account objects such as mailboxes, FTP accounts and database users without their content. | The SiteWorx user when shown in Backup Management. |
Open the backup controls
- Backups > Backup Now creates a manual backup.
- Backups > Management lists restorable partial and structure-only backups in the default SiteWorx backup directory.
- Backups > Schedule manages any customer scheduling options enabled for the account.
Important: A backup is not a substitute for an independent copy. Keep critical website, database and email data outside the hosting account and test that it can be restored.
