Plan capacity safely
- Subtract allocated package capacity and actual usage before creating another package or account.
- Leave headroom for email growth, migrations, logs, temporary update extraction and backups.
- Do not allocate more storage or other controlled resources than remain in the reseller plan because overselling is disabled.
- Choose an appropriate CloudLinux profile for each customer rather than assigning the largest profile by default.
- Monitor pooled transfer/storage and individual account resource events.
- Upgrade before onboarding a migration or customer whose required allocation cannot fit safely.
Included services
- SiteLock Website Security Lite and 360 Monitoring Lite are included with the confirmed Tudor Internet Agency Reseller product configuration.
- Paid SiteLock and 360 Monitoring tiers remain optional upgrades where additional capabilities are required.
- The reseller remains responsible for first-line support, customer content, customer billing and the package limits assigned to each account.
Important: CloudLinux CPU, memory, IO, IOPS and process values are burstable shared-hosting limits. They are not dedicated resources.
