Plan capacity safely

  1. Subtract allocated package capacity and actual usage before creating another package or account.
  2. Leave headroom for email growth, migrations, logs, temporary update extraction and backups.
  3. Do not allocate more storage or other controlled resources than remain in the reseller plan because overselling is disabled.
  4. Choose an appropriate CloudLinux profile for each customer rather than assigning the largest profile by default.
  5. Monitor pooled transfer/storage and individual account resource events.
  6. Upgrade before onboarding a migration or customer whose required allocation cannot fit safely.

Included services

  • SiteLock Website Security Lite and 360 Monitoring Lite are included with the confirmed Tudor Internet Agency Reseller product configuration.
  • Paid SiteLock and 360 Monitoring tiers remain optional upgrades where additional capabilities are required.
  • The reseller remains responsible for first-line support, customer content, customer billing and the package limits assigned to each account.
Important: CloudLinux CPU, memory, IO, IOPS and process values are burstable shared-hosting limits. They are not dedicated resources.
