The discounted service renews annually and remains subject to accurate account details, permitted use and any requested eligibility review.

Applies to: Approved Non-Profit & Club Hosting services

Approved organisations use the standard SiteWorx hosting tools and remain responsible for their content, users, renewals and security. Changes to the organisation may trigger a fresh eligibility review.

Before you start

  • Sign in to the Customer Portal and open the approved hosting service.
  • Take a current backup before changing website files, databases, DNS or application configuration.

Step-by-step

  1. Check the annual invoice, due date and current organisation contacts.
  2. Review domain expiry separately because domain registration is not the same service as hosting.
  3. Respond to any eligibility or authority review before the due date.
  4. Pay the renewal and confirm the invoice and service remain active.
  5. Remove former committee, officer or agency access and add current authorised users.
  6. Tell Tudor Internet when the organisation closes, becomes commercial or changes structure materially.

Confirm the result

  • The Customer Portal shows the intended invoice, transaction or service status and the effective date is clear.
  • No duplicate payment, renewal or cancellation request has been created while waiting for processing.
