Step-by-step
- Provide the organisation’s full name, legal or governing form and main purpose.
- Explain who benefits from its activities and how any surplus is used.
- Supply a website, public register entry, constitution or other evidence showing that it is a genuine operating organisation.
- Identify the person authorised to order hosting and manage the account.
- Disclose commercial trading, political campaigning or private-benefit activity relevant to eligibility review.
- Wait for manual approval before treating the discounted plan as active.
