Check acknowledged incidents and live uptime information before opening a duplicate fault report.

Applies to: All customers and visitors; no Customer Portal sign-in is required

The public Service Status page is hosted separately from the main Tudor Internet services so it can remain available during an infrastructure incident.

Check current service information

  1. Open status.tudornet.uk.
  2. Review the overall status and the component that matches your service.
  3. Open any active incident to read the latest update and the services affected.
  4. Check the incident start time against when your symptoms began.
  5. Subscribe to updates where that option is available.
  6. Open a support ticket when your symptoms are different, only your account is affected, or the status page advises you to contact Support.

Service Status and Network Status are different
