Service Statusstatus.tudornet.uk shows automated uptime monitoring and active incident updates.
Network StatusCustomer Portal announcements provide planned maintenance, network notices and fuller explanations.
Service emailImportant account-specific or planned-work notifications may also be sent to authorised contacts.

Before planned maintenance

  1. Read the stated start time, time zone, expected duration and affected services.
  2. Save work and avoid scheduling deployments, DNS changes or large migrations during the window.
  3. Confirm that account contact details are current.
  4. Keep an independent backup before maintenance involving your own application or data.
  5. Check the Service Status page during and after the window for updates.

After the maintenance window

  1. Test the affected service from a new session or second network.
  2. Check DNS, website, email or application behaviour relevant to the maintenance.
  3. Open a ticket if an account-specific problem continues after the all-clear, including the service, error and exact time.
