Before planned maintenance
- Read the stated start time, time zone, expected duration and affected services.
- Save work and avoid scheduling deployments, DNS changes or large migrations during the window.
- Confirm that account contact details are current.
- Keep an independent backup before maintenance involving your own application or data.
- Check the Service Status page during and after the window for updates.
After the maintenance window
- Test the affected service from a new session or second network.
- Check DNS, website, email or application behaviour relevant to the maintenance.
- Open a ticket if an account-specific problem continues after the all-clear, including the service, error and exact time.
