Investigate repeated PHP-FPM or resource errors

Record the exact timestamp and affected URL.
Check website and PHP error logs.
Review CloudLinux CPU, memory, IO, IOPS, entry-process and process events.
Disable or optimise the operation, plugin or scheduled task causing repeated expensive requests.
Confirm the selected PHP version and extensions are supported by the application.
Open a ticket where legitimate sustained use needs a platform review or plan upgrade.
