Anyone can report suspected phishing, malware, spam, compromised websites, domain misuse or other harmful use of Tudor Internet services.
Use the abuse route only for suspected misuse. Billing, account access and routine technical support should use the normal support or contact routes.
Before you report abuse
- Do not interact further with suspected phishing or malware content.
- Preserve the original URL, domain, IP address, message and timestamps where safe to do so.
- For email abuse, retain the full message headers rather than only a screenshot of the visible message.
- Do not attach malware, executable files, illegal material, passwords or unnecessary personal information.
Submit a report
- Open Report Abuse.
- Continue to the abuse form.
- Identify the affected domain, URL, hostname, IP address or email address.
- Describe what happened, when you observed it and why you believe it is harmful or abusive.
- Add safe evidence such as screenshots, sample URLs, full email headers or redacted logs.
- Submit the report and retain the reference or acknowledgement.
What happens next
Tudor Internet reviews the report and may investigate, contact the customer, restrict access, suspend a service or take another proportionate action. Privacy, security and legal restrictions may prevent us from disclosing the detailed outcome to the reporter.
Common problems
| Symptom | Likely cause | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| The report concerns ordinary support or billing. | The abuse route is not intended for account assistance. | Use the Customer Portal ticket system or the public contact page instead. |
| The report lacks enough evidence. | The affected service or event cannot be identified. | Provide the exact domain/URL/IP, timestamp and a factual description; include full email headers for email abuse. |
